Contracts Engineer

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Northern and Western Cape regions Role: Contracts Engineer - Road Maintenance & Rehabilitation Industry: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure Development Level: Senior Professional (10 years experience) Key Requirements: ECSA-registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Technologist Engineer (Pr Tech Eng) with active status Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in civil engineering Specialized focus on roads maintenance, rehabilitation, or construction supervision Proven track record on SANRAL or provincial road projects (RRM project exposure highly advantageous) Comprehensive knowledge of FIDIC and/or SAICE GCC contracts Expertise in site supervision procedures and contract administration Strong technical report writing and documentation skills Willingness to travel extensively across Northern and Western Cape regions Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for contractor liaison and stakeholder management Strong coordination abilities to manage multiple contracts simultaneously Detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance with SANRAL specifications Proactive problem-solving mindset for on-site challenges Professional leadership qualities for overseeing contractor performance Adaptability to work across diverse project sites and environments Commitment to maintaining high engineering standards and quality assurance If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV through to engineering.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za Alternatively, contact us at XXX-XXXX for more information or visit our website on: www.stand-outstaffing.co.za
