Duties and Responsibilities: Supervising cleaning, maintenance, and security staff Ensuring basic facilities are well-maintained Advising on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness Overseeing building projects and renovations Managing contractors and staff work Planning essential services and ensuring compliance with legislation Handling emergencies and security callouts Allocation and utilization of space and resources Key Skills: - Minimum Matric qualification - Health and Safety accreditation - 3-5 years' facilities management experience - Valid Driver's License - Multitasking, decision-making, and communication skills - Organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills - Computer literate in MS Office
