Job Description

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead business development efforts across existing and new markets within the automotive and allied distribution sector. The role focuses on vehicle and spare parts marketing, with a strong emphasis on brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, increase sales, and strengthen customer loyalty Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform and refine marketing plans Organize and manage marketing activities for trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events, including pre-event planning and post-event evaluation Coordinate and implement promotional initiatives for dealers, networks, and customers to support business objectives Align marketing campaigns with sales targets through collaboration with sales and customer service teams to maximize lead conversion Oversee digital marketing operations across various platforms (web, social media, email, and digital ads) to boost audience engagement and campaign effectiveness Key Skills Expertise in automotive marketing and product knowledge Strong strategic and analytical thinking Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving capabilities Leadership qualities including mentoring and team development In-depth understanding of CRM processes and systems 57 years of experience in automotive marketing, with a solid track record of delivering successful marketing and sales outcomes Demonstrated ability to manage marketing initiatives from planning through to execution and performance evaluation Qualifications Postgraduate degree in Business Management or a related field
