Position Responsibilities: Prepares, manages and negotiates the renewals of all groups under 50 lives Suggest plan design options to meet the clients needs Support the Account Executives in building and maintaining successful client relationships Understand the intricacies and complexities of each Plan Sponsor's group benefit designs Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or College Diploma Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. Knowledge of underwriting concepts Understanding of trends in group benefits industry Understanding of group benefits, related services, associated systems and processes an asset Strong negotiation and conflict management skills Time management skills -ability to multi-task but also be quick and accurate Good knowledge of group life and health products and underwriting Preferred Qualifications: Strong math skills Excellent PC skills (MS Office and Lotus) Must be able to work effectively under pressure and continue to prioritize workload Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to be flexible and empathetic Be a team player and willing to assist where needed When you join our team: We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
