Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager Line of Business: Distribution & Cards Technology Duration: 6 months Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - 2 days a week Office Location: 81 Bay St., = Project: will support ongoing technology integration projects across Advice and Investment platforms: • Launch of Investment Planning and Proposal Tool • Enhancements to charting notes automation using Gen AI • Document Ingestion Service Automation using Gen AI Service Job Description: We are looking for a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager to support a range of financial Advice and Investment related projects. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing tasks across multiple phases of the SDLC, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery. The PM will coordinate between business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure project goals are met within scope and timelines. Must Have Requirements: 1. 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within Financial services, and insurance companies, and other client facing service industries 2. Hands-on experience managing SDLC projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) 3. Strong documentation skills (e.g., BRD, SRD, status reports, risk logs) 4. Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors 5. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, or Jira Nice to Have: 1. Previous work in assistive tech or personal safety/alert systems 2. Exposure to fulfillment, inventory systems, or mobile platforms 3. Experience designing or launching caregiver portals or client-facing platforms Apply
