Psychotherapist/Social Worker

We're looking for a friendly and skilled therapist to join our team at OWPC! Our virtual private practice provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults across Ontario with a focus on anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, depression, emotion regulation, ADHD, self-esteem, and eating disorders. If you enjoy working from home and are interested/experienced in any of the aforementioned clinical presentations, you'll be a great fit! We value a thorough understanding of evidence-based treatments while also being able to tailor/integrate approaches to best meet your client's needs. If you work with children/teens it is also important that you be familiar with parent/caregiver-based interventions or be open to learning about these (e.g., EFFT). Previous experience providing long-term evidence-based treatment (not just case management) is a must, and previous work experience in a hospital or community-based mental health is preferred. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have an MSW and be an RSW in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or be a Registered Psychotherapist who has completed additional training post-grad and is in good standing with the CRPO.
