The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Station Supervisor to support the daily operations at one of our delivery stations in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the team on the ground, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries, and supporting the Delivery Station Manager in achieving operational targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily delivery station activities to ensure smooth last-mile operations. Coordinate workflows, assign daily tasks, and support staff to meet performance goals. Conduct team briefings and support the onboarding and training of new employees. Ensure resources and equipment are available and used efficiently. Monitor delivery timelines, quality metrics, and address service issues promptly. Enforce health, safety, and operational compliance standards on-site. Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and the broader operations team. Support the Delivery Station Manager in implementing process improvements. What We’re Looking For Experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery operations. 1–3 years of supervisory or team leader experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and guide frontline teams. Comfortable working with logistics systems and standard office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook). Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs. Desirable Experience Background in last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or courier operations. Familiarity with delivery management systems and route optimization tools.
