Assembly Technician – High Tech Manufacturing | Must Be Based in the Netherlands Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for precision engineering and high-tech innovation? Trinamics is looking for a Assembly Technician to join a fast-growing company operating at the forefront of advanced radar technology used in aerospace, defense, and environmental safety, located in The Hague. The position is in day shift only and offers a dynamic work environment focused on quality, safety, and innovation. You will be involved in the end-to-end assembly and installation of complex radar systems that have a real-world impact. Your Responsibilities Assemble advanced radar systems, including mechanical builds and electronic component integration. Perform soldering, cabling, and subassembly work to high quality standards. Install software on server systems integrated with the radar platform. Diagnose and solve technical faults during assembly and test phases. Provide occasional on-site support for radar installations and test operations. Operate forklifts for internal material handling when required. Record accurate data and maintain documentation to ensure traceability. Mentor junior technicians on quality and safety practices when needed. Your Profile MBO Level 4 diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics, Engineering or similar. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in high-tech production environments. Skilled in soldering, electronics assembly, and reading wiring/electrical diagrams. Familiarity with measurement tools such as oscilloscopes or VNAs is a plus. Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset. Eagerness to learn and grow within a scale-up environment. Already living in the Netherlands and eligible to work without sponsorship.
