How you make an impact You’re solely responsible to plan and execute all local marketing activities for IN Groupe within the Dutch market. You’ll do this in close collaboration with different local departments and the global Communications & Marketing department. A short overview of the most important responsibilities: You bring marketing to life locally by executing communications and marketing activities tailored to the Dutch market—always aligned with global strategy. You adapt global content —brochures, videos, infographics—into engaging local materials with the right tone, visuals, and language. You elevate our brand visibility by developing a local media strategy and securing coverage in relevant Dutch publications. You create memorable client moments by supporting sales and key account teams with impactful presentations, visits, and materials. You lead local events in close collaboration with the global Events Manager, ensuring our presence stands out at every conference or expo. You act as the local marketing expert , connecting Dutch teams with the global marketing organization and helping shape identity-focused marketing in the region. While doing these activities, you’re supported by the central Communications & Marketing team through specialized marketers, such as Designers, Video Editors and Writers. Finally, you will report to the Director Client and Product Marketing. What you need to succeed A finished BSc or MSc and at least 3 years’ relevant work experience in marketing and/or communications roles, ideally in an international environment. Content marketing experience, ideally for a high-technology industry. Initial experience in media relations and press work. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. An eye for detail and design as well as a hands-on attitude, improvisation, and problem-solving skills. Native Dutch and excellent written and verbal skills in English. What we offer you At IN Groupe, you’re not only make an impact, but you’re developing yourself as well.
