Process Engineer in Packaging Development

As a Process Engineer in Packaging Development , you'll be at the heart of innovation and execution. You'll work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day performance, while also driving long-term improvements through new product introductions, cutting-edge technologies, and smarter packaging solutions. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your technical expertise meets real-world application - and where your ideas can directly improve the lives of patients around the world. What You'll Do Lead the introduction and transfer of new products into packaging lines, including testing, sample creation, and analysis. Evaluate and recommend new packaging materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor packaging processes, analyze performance data, and troubleshoot issues. Solve complex problems related to equipment, materials, and process design. Develop and execute test protocols, and deliver clear technical reports. Manage projects with clear timelines and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. Present new packaging concepts and improvements to the Product Development team. Participate in regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA, EMA) and ensure compliance. Collaborate across departments: Engineering, QA, Validation, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging materials, preferably in pharma or a regulated industry. Proven ability to lead projects and/or teams. Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
