Site Project Manager

g2 Recruitment is working with a leading contractor delivering a hyperscale data-centre build in the North of the Netherlands . They need an experienced Site Manager to take full day-to-day control of civils and industrial packages for 12 months , starting July 2025 . Key Requirements (essential) Proven Site Manager / Construction Manager background on data-centres, large industrial or mission-critical projects Strong civils / groundworks insight, comfortable interfacing with structural steel & concrete packages Track record of driving HSE excellence (RAMS, permits, toolbox talks, zero-incident culture) Ability to coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors and suppliers on a live site Responsibilities Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme, cost and safety targets are met Own the look-ahead schedule , resources and logistics for civils & early works Chair daily coordination meetings; issue short-interval plans and progress reports Enforce site-wide HSE standards, carry out inspections and incident investigations Interface with client, QS, engineering and commissioning teams to clear blockers Support change-control, quality audits and handover documentation Contract Start: July 2025 Duration: 12 months (extensions very likely) Location: On-site in Groningen If this could be of interest, please apply with an updated CV or call me on 49 89541 996 777 to talk further.
