Operations Manager (32–40 hours, remote) Location: Remote (Netherlands or Western Europe) Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross per month Employment: One-year contract or freelance (ZZP) arrangement negotiable About Us At Dreaver, we believe in staying healthy without the hassle. That’s why we’re looking for an Operations Manager who can bring structure, solve bottlenecks, and help take our organization to the next level. Your Role As Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind our daily operations. You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes—from managing the team and inventory, to optimizing workflows and reporting. This role is both operational and strategic, working closely with the CEO. You’ll have significant responsibility and impact, playing a key role in shaping our next growth phase. Responsibilities Daily Operations Management Coordinate day-to-day operations Manage and support team members, freelancers, and external partners Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions and bottlenecks Oversee inventory management, shipping from China, and supplier relations Process Optimization Analyze and improve internal processes Develop scalable workflows and systems Drive improvements in customer satisfaction, fulfillment, and product quality Reporting & Oversight Provide regular performance updates to the CEO, including risks and opportunities Take ownership of key operational KPIs and results Your Impact With you on board, we expect: A self-sufficient team with clear responsibilities Measurable improvements in efficiency and internal systems Transparent processes and communication across the team Greater employee satisfaction through structure and clarity Who You Are At least 5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in e-commerce Strong leadership skills and capable of making independent decisions Well-versed in operational systems, process management, and team structures Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented Excellent communicator with a problem-solving mindset Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment Familiar with the Dutch or Western European market and culture Structured, yet flexible when needed What We Offer Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000 Flexibility: contract or freelance (ZZP) setup negotiable Fully remote role 32 to 40 hours per week Informal culture with room for initiative, humor, and ownership High impact: your work truly makes a difference Hiring Process Introductory video call with recruiter (30 minutes) Interview with founder and co-owner (60 minutes) Business case and in-depth discussion (90–120 minutes) Offer Start: as soon as possible—you can hit the ground running Ready to Make a Difference?
