The Role They are looking for a Data/Machine Learning Engineer to join our cross-functional tech team. In this role, you’ll design and deploy scalable ML models and data pipelines that fuel everything from demand forecasting to customer behavior analysis. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) from diverse retail data sources. Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for applications such as personalization, dynamic pricing, fraud detection, and inventory forecasting. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into ML solutions. Optimize model performance, monitor production systems, and ensure reliability and scalability. Help shape data and ML best practices across the company. What They are Looking For 3 years of experience as a data engineer, ML engineer, or a related role. Strong Python skills, with experience in ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch . Solid understanding of data modeling, distributed systems, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, Redshift, Kafka ). Experience deploying ML models to production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.). Familiarity with retail metrics and challenges is a plus (e.g., customer lifetime value, basket analysis, supply chain optimization). Why Join?
