For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for at the earliest possible date you as: IT Field Support (m/f/d) Your future tasks: Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows systems, servers, desktop devices, notebooks and printers Setting up and maintaining applications on Microsoft platforms First and second level support for all IT-relevant components at the site Participation in IT service management What we want from you: Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification Initial experience with Windows operating systems, back-office applications and in the configuration and administration of IT components and peripheral devices desirable Good written and spoken German and very good English skills Strong service orientation and solution-oriented way of working Openness to a wide range of IT tasks and a willingness to learn new things Ability to work in a team and independently Not yet met all the requirements?
