Early Years Educator Location: Lambeth Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full-time permanent Are you a reliable and dedicated Early Years Educator looking for a permanent opportunity in Lambeth? Aspire People are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Early Years candidate to join a popular 2 form entry primary school in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and a commitment to providing high-quality, child-centred learning experiences. This role would be suited to candidates who have vast experience in private nursery settings and are looking to transition into a school environment. Early Years Educator - key responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's development across all EYFS areas. * Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn. * Observe, assess, and track children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met. * Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community. * Ensure safeguarding and welfare practices are upheld at all times. Early Years Educator - requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) (or equivalent). * Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery, reception, or preschool). * Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles. * Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner. * Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
