Early Years Educator - requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) (or equivalent). * Proven experience working in an EYFS setting (nursery, reception, or preschool). * Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles. * Excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable manner. * Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
