This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with 2-8 years PQE to join a thriving Employment team handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters. ? The Role: As part of this dynamic and well-respected department, youll work closely with both employer and employee clients, providing expert advice on: Employment contracts, policies, and procedures Disciplinary and grievance issues Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution TUPE and restructuring Settlement agreements Discrimination and whistleblowing claims ? What Were Looking For: 28 years PQE in Employment Law A strong understanding of employment legislation and tribunal procedures Excellent client care and communication skills A proactive and commercial approach to legal work The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision ?
