Quantity Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor, to work with a regional brickwork subcontractor, on a full time, permanent basis in Waterlooville. In this role, you will be responsible for managing brickwork and Scaffolding packages, from £300K to £1M, working alongside National house builders. Quantity Surveyor Duties: Measurements and planning. Working from a schedule of rates and submitting quotes for approval. Organisation of labour and suppliers. Site visits and inspections across the South. Stakeholder management, maintaining excellent client relationships. Performance monitoring customer satisfaction, quality surveys. Variations, valuations and invoicing.
