In this key role, you will support the ND Commercial team by conducting market analysis and optimizing projects through comprehensive statistics, financial projections, and detailed reports. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data and generating reliable information to facilitate informed decision-making within the company. Main Responsibilities: Market and Target Analysis: Conduct market studies and target analysis for new real estate projects. Report and Statistics Generation: Develop reports and statistics using internal and external data, and present the results clearly and concisely. Financial Projections: Build financial projections and analyze different pricing options to ensure project profitability. Creating Presentations: Create professional and detailed presentations for a demanding audience, highlighting findings and recommendations based on detailed analyses. Requirements: Academic Background: University degree in a relevant discipline (architecture, engineering, finance, real estate, etc.). Technical Skills: Excel, Data Analysis tools, knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Financial Knowledge : Proficient in Excel and financial modelling. Languages: Advanced level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Presentation Skills: Ability to create effective and professional presentations. Interest in the Sector: A genuine interest in real estate asset management. Desired Competencies: Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with different departments. Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on the analysis.
