JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for performing all AP/AR duties required to produce accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the AP process, including proper approval of vendor invoices, three-way match between vendor invoicing, PO, and goods receipt notes. Prepare and process weekly disbursement runs. Assist with coordinating the monthly closing process and ensure completion of reporting duties. Prepare account analyses and reconciliations monthly, maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting schedules. Calculate and prepare accounting journals, ensuring proper documentation, adjustments, and reversals are recorded accurately. Identify and explain significant account movements, ensuring balance accuracy and supporting documentation. Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing requested information and responding to audit inquiries. Maintain internal control documentation, support annual testing, implement remediation actions, and ensure no deficiencies at year-end. QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified accountant or equivalent with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Experience with Gamma System, SAP, OneStream is a strong plus. Proficient in Excel. Detail-oriented and process-driven. Strong sense of urgency and follow-up skills. Experience in multinational manufacturing companies is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members at all levels. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fixed-term contract. J-18808-Ljbffr
