The professional will report directly to the Area Manager and will be responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned area. The role involves direct responsibility for expanding the client portfolio, particularly in construction resellers, paint stores, and showrooms, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include : Planning the most suitable commercial strategies, primarily focused on acquiring top prospects and negotiating sales conditions effectively; Defining offers and quotes aligned with company policies and objectives; Overseeing the entire process from order verification with involved functions to credit management; Achieving the sales budget for the assigned geographical area, with weekly reporting and strategic adjustments in case of deviations from targets. Requirements : Proven experience in a similar role within the building materials distribution sector (construction stores, paint stores, showrooms); Willingness to travel extensively; Customer-oriented approach, negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
