The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities: Leading the design, development, and implementation of models and products (computer vision is a plus). Guiding and mentoring a team of junior data scientists through regular coaching, code reviews, and project supervision (git is mandatory). Applying deep learning models for perception mainly (optimize, & fine tuning are mandatory , deploy on edge is a plus) Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Digital Transformation, IT, Engineering) to ensure integration and deployment of AI solutions. Ensuring model scalability and robustness across both cloud and edge environments. Keeping up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements and contributing to the team’s continuous innovation efforts. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. Aerospace/Aeronautics Degree with experience in AI is accepted Seniority Level: Senior (5–10 years of experience) PhD counts as experience (and is a plus) Technical Skills and Knowledge: Strong experience in computer vision (segmentation, object detection, tracking). Solid background in time series modeling is a plus Proven ability to deploy ML models on cloud and/or edge computing platforms. Proficiency in Python and major ML libraries (PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for scalable deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Experience with collaborative development and version control tools (e.g., Git). - mandatory Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
