As the HR Director for the Southern Europe region, you will be responsible for overseeing post-merger integration. Your primary mission is to lead and facilitate the integration of human resources, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and aligning HR practices with the newly formed or evolving organizational structure. This critical role involves managing change, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting business objectives during the post-merger phase.
