This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle challenges with professionalism. The Restaurant Hostess will report directly to the Restaurant Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage telephone reservations Welcome customers upon arrival Escort customers to their reserved tables Attend to guests’ needs (e.g., checkroom service, etc.) Assist with information requests Requirements At least 1 year of experience in the same role in luxury hotels and/or fine dining restaurants Excellent communication skills Strong teamwork skills Determination to achieve goals Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to various situations Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations Basic Computer-Literacy skills Benefits Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
