This Position reports to: Project Operations Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is: Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion Service Division. Main stakeholders are customers and internal functions like planning, engineering and purchasing department. You will be mainly accountable for: Leading the project team allocated to the project. Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization , and project financials. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Qualifications for the role Degree in Engineering field (Electrical, Energetic, Mechanical, Management) 2 years of experience working as Project Manager Fluent in English, both written and spoken Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractors Knowledge of Electrical Motors is considered a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, SAP , Microsoft Project A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills More about us ABB Motion Service Division serves customers worldwide by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycle and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of their electrical motion solutions.
