The candidate will be integrated into the R&D team and will contribute to the development of software products in the following areas: Fixed and mobile telecommunications Cloud-based communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) Integration with AI environments, particularly machine learning and cognitive services Products for Enterprise and professional markets The role covers the full product lifecycle, with potential support from other team members: design development test installation and configuration (on-site) maintenance Key Knowledge and Skills — expected at a level consistent with the candidate's experience Networking: understanding of TCP/IP protocols and basic networking principles Operating Systems: Windows, Linux Programming Environments: Java, Angular, C/C++, C#, PHP, Go, Python Basic knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization Knowledge of basic paradigms in real‑time software development Microsoft development environment (Teams, Microsoft 365) Ability to communicate confidently in English with native speakers — both British and American — and in international contexts Preferred Additional Experiences Voice over IP Web technologies Experience with programming in SQL environments — preferably Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL .NET development environment Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in Engineering — Information and Communication Technologies — or Computer Science 0–5 years of experience Personal attitudes Ambitious, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team Capable of self-planning and working towards objectives — including remotely Other Class B Driver's License Available for short business trips, both domestic and international, including air travel
