Sr. Client Service Specialist

Crane Worldwide Logistics is a leader in supply chain solutions with over 130 locations across 30 countries providing individual services that address client's logistics challenges. The Sr. Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing clients' requests and performing all activities related to both Air & Ocean shipments Essential Job Functions: Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Coordinates shipment booking, routing, documentation and invoicing. Proposes alternatives for scheduling, carriers, or routing to control costs and elevate service reliability. Collaborates with carriers, customs agents, internal operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth and compliant execution Selects and explains the best solution to solve problems expediting corrections or adjustments; follows up to ensure resolution. English language knowledge (spoken/written) - level B2 minimum Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence in Italian/English. Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills. Strong computer skills. Driving License cat. B Experience required: 2 years Experience handling Air & Ocean shipments. Certifications and Licenses: Professional certification may be required in some areas.
