First Team Physioterapist

We’re Hiring: First Team Physiotherapist Location : Turin | Full-Time | Contract: Agreement for Consultancy Services – Two-Year Fixed-Term Are you passionate about elite sports performance and player care? Join our team and play a key role in supporting the physical health and performance of our First Team athletes. Your Mission Deliver top-tier physiotherapy services to ensure optimal physical health, injury prevention, and effective rehabilitation for our players. Key Responsibilities: Provide physiotherapy support during training sessions and matches (home & away) Assess musculoskeletal injuries and implement evidence-based treatment plans Lead injury prevention through screening, monitoring, and corrective strategies Maintain accurate clinical records using our medical system Collaborate on multidisciplinary return-to-play protocols Support daily medical duties: taping, soft tissue therapy, recovery modalities Offer pitch-side medical cover as needed Contribute to internal CPD and stay current with best practices What We’re Looking For? Education: BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) Work Experience : 3–5 years’ experience in high-performance sport (football preferred) ️ Hard Skills Licensed to practice in the host country Strong knowledge of injury management and return-to-play protocols Manual therapy and advanced rehab skills (preferred) Fluent in English (written & spoken) Postgrad in Sports Physiotherapy or related field (preferred) Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Team player with a collaborative mindset Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented Calm under pressure in dynamic environments At Juventus, we are committed to fostering an inclusive , diverse and equal working environment.
