Join the team and create the future of customer experience together. The Business Development Rep (BDR) is a strategic role within the GTM team. The BDR identifies and qualifies new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting. They collaborate with Sales to build a consistent pipeline for revenue growth and closed-won business. Core Elements of the BDR Role: Prospects, identifies, qualifies, and cultivates sales opportunities through outbound and inbound techniques. Researches key accounts, uncovers personas, and develops strategies for follow-up and account penetration. Works closely with Account Executives to develop account plans and articulate value to prospects at all organizational levels. Key Responsibilities: Transform Marketing Qualified Leads into Sales Opportunities by educating prospects on the Genesys solution. Build trusted relationships with prospects and customers through inbound and outbound efforts, nurturing them until they are ready to buy. Schedule and facilitate meetings with potential buyers, expanding on key contacts within strategic accounts. Position Genesys as a global provider of communication, collaboration, and customer engagement solutions. Achieve quarterly targets and KPIs around conversion rates, speed to lead, and qualification criteria. Develop an understanding of target personas, pain points, metrics, and product features. Desired Qualifications & Skills: Proficiency in Italian (written and verbal). Outbound prospecting and inside sales experience, preferably in IT/Cloud solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and telephone skills. Strong time management, prioritization, and deadline management skills. Ability to analyze opportunities and use data to inform decisions. Experience in front-line business development and understanding of sales methodologies like Meddpicc or Challenger Sale is a plus. Familiarity with social selling, digital tools, and platforms like Salesforce and LinkedIn. Technical aptitude and interest in technology solutions. Ability to articulate complex solutions to solve business problems. Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a growth mindset. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting KPIs and quotas. Willingness to build a social brand on LinkedIn and contribute to brand awareness. J-18808-Ljbffr
