IT Support Specialist

Risorse Professional , a company specializing in the search and selection of Middle and Senior Management profiles, is looking for the following position on behalf of a leading international law firm: IT Support Specialist Responsibilities Take ownership of problems and incidents, working with global teams to resolve issues and keep users informed; Assist with installation, configuration, and administration of hardware such as laptops and desktops, including re-imaging and replacements; Monitor and report issues following the ITIL incident and problem management model, logging incidents and requests in ServiceNow; Identify root causes of incidents using analytical tools like NextThink; Provide expert advice on NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Teams, and other core technologies; Assist with scheduling, setup, and troubleshooting of videoconference calls; Collaborate with the NOC team on server and network hardware issues; Administer the office phone system (Teams); Escalate security issues and coordinate with the security team; Support MFDs (printers, copiers, scanners) and coordinate external reprographics services. Technical Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience in desktop support with strong communication skills; Knowledge of NetDocuments, iManage, or similar systems; Experience supporting iPhones and MDM solutions like InTune; Experience in law firms preferred; Knowledge of MS Office suite; Experience with video conferencing systems such as Cisco, Neat, or Poly; Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCP, MOS); Degree-level education; Experience with Dell hardware; Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar systems; Experience supporting printers and MFDs. Additional Qualifications Proficiency in English (minimum B2); Clear communication skills without jargon; Ability to interpret and write technical documentation; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Flexibility in work hours, occasional travel, and participation in on-call rotations.
