Job Description
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients’ usage and experience with existing products. As a member of the Italy team, you will be reporting to the Country Manager as a maternity cover and part of an Enterprise Account Team consisting of 2 local team members as well as many more colleagues from all over the world. As this is a maternity cover, the original role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. However, we are committed to transitioning it to a permanent position before the contract term ends, provided you demonstrate your value as a key team member who aligns with and fully embraces our company values. You will be responsible for a subset of existing clients in the Italian market, with a focus on driving business growth through the optimal use of Adform's platform and products. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience while positioning Adform as the leading AdTech company. In our team, we believe in building customer relationships grounded in trust, appreciation, and transparency, working as true partners with stakeholders across the organization—and having fun along the way. Lead some of our biggest direct clients in a strategic and structured manner. Work closely with our clients and their agencies to support their needs and unlock their full potential. Drive growth by encouraging clients to adopt additional components of Adform’s full-stack technology platform. Collaborate closely with Client Support teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure clients' goals are met in the most effective and optimal way, while finding new solutions, solving problems, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Stay up to date with the latest market and industry trends, events, and client prospects. Maintain a customer-centric attitude, with 1-4 years of experience in the online advertising industry, including a background in programmatic advertising and digital marketing strategies. Confidently present solutions and negotiate effectively. Proven track record in meeting sales goals, with strong planning and forecasting skills (a plus). Experience in Customer Success Management, including running and growing accounts (a plus). Strong networking skills and the ability to build new relationships. A structured, problem-solving mindset. Excellent verbal communication skills, both with clients and within the team. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
