Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Desktop Support Technician based in Florence, Italy. Responsibilities include providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computers, printers, and mobile devices. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS Experience in Computer Networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) Understanding of Mobile Devices (iOS and Android) Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users Fluency in Local Language; English skills are a plus Requirements Support limited to SOP for mobile device configuration Knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting GxP Applications Support troubleshooting GxP Applications in coordination with vendors J-18808-Ljbffr J-18808-Ljbffr
