HW Project Engineer

Responsibilities Study and analyze the feasibility of new product development requests or improvements, evaluating opportunities, defining requirements, project costs, product costs, and timelines. Design new products and develop existing ones to achieve maximum performance and meet customer specifications. Align projects with the company's product plan. Plan project progress, assessing timelines, methods, and resources needed. Verify and adhere to timelines, costs, and production requirements, intervening on deviations and providing timely reporting on critical issues. Define the project, from calculations to drawings. Design, develop, and test electronic/electrical circuits. Analyze and resolve issues related to circuits and electronic/electrical systems. Collaborate with the engineering team on hardware solutions. Program microcontrollers in C for embedded applications. Verify and validate microcontroller functionalities. Prepare primary technical documentation for production and product qualification, including managing company data systems. Code product data sheets. Share necessary documentation for manuals and technical documents. Propose improvements based on project progress. Collaborate with Quality team on product specifications and resolving issues. Monitor customer complaints to improve product and service quality. Provide customer support, both directly and remotely. Analyze competitor products (benchmarking). Participate in industry fairs. Your Profile Candidates must meet the following requirements: Degree in engineering (preferably electronics/computer science) or technical diploma in electronics. Fluent knowledge of English preferred. Computer skills (Office suite). Experience in electronic design, wiring, testing of electromechanical panels, automation, and control panel design with PLCs, inverters, user interfaces, and electronic components. Knowledge and application of software design processes. Deep knowledge of electronic components. Experience programming in C for embedded systems. Good knowledge of STM32 microcontrollers and their applications. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics. Knowledge of main electronic measuring instruments. Understanding of the product and its applications. Knowledge of hardware design processes. Familiarity with regulations, machinery directives, Atex, CE, and UL markings. Strong communication skills, problem-solving, proactivity, flexibility, and team-building abilities.
