Civil Infrastructure Certification Senior Project Manager

RINA is currently recruiting for a Civil Infrastructure Certification Senior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, Italy, within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division. Mission RINA is recruiting a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to join its offices in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, Italy, within the Inspection body Rina Check S.r.l., operating according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17020. LI-MC1 Key Accountabilities Coordinate external and internal teams of professionals. Carry out inspections based on project documentation. Manage contacts and maintain relationships with public and private clients. Issue and sign inspection reports. Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities. Manage one or more projects and clients. Plan and schedule workload of field personnel, ensuring understanding and fulfillment of assignment requirements. Assist field personnel in executing their responsibilities. Evaluate the performance of field personnel. Ensure data entry into RINA systems complies with procedures. Ensure activities are executed in accordance with Rina Check Quality Management System. Comply with HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines. Maintain awareness of work quality and its impact on service delivery; contribute to QMS improvements. Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and field personnel. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations. Ensure services meet requirements within cost and delivery targets. Education Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture. Qualifications Experience with stakeholders in the construction sector, in areas such as inspection, design process, management, or supervision, according to UNI CEI EN ISO / IEC 17020 standards. Registration in the relevant professional register. Minimum 5 years of experience. Skills in promoting sustainable development, managing emotions, pioneering change, building networks, making effective decisions, addressing the way, thinking forward, client intimacy, and earning trust.
