Position Summary We’re looking for an Assembly Coordinator in Arco (TN) Location. The Assembly Coordinator will coordinate the department to meet challenging targets, customer expectations, new programs implementation, and continuous improvement. Together with the Team Leaders of the department, defines the personnel on the lines, supervises, and ensures compliance with the plant's regulations. Main Opportunities and Challenges: Lead the ongoing transformation of processes and products Support Organization Development and skills upgrade to cultivate personal professional growth Main Responsibilities Manage assembly production and personnel. Ensure achievement of Operational KPIs: Safety, Quality, On-time delivery, and productivity. Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse departments to optimize production planning and material flow. Work with Quality department to focus on quality improvements and manage poka-yoke systems. Collaborate with Manufacturing to improve process reliability and industrialize production lines on time with new program milestones. Lead continuous improvement initiatives through kaizen activities and cross-functional projects. Support Production Manager in managing production forecasting and assembly cost control. Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high standards of behavior in the department. Job Position Requirements University bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management. Professional experience in similar roles and companies. English proficiency required. Ability to use IT tools. Knowledge of quality tools (APQP). Basic planning skills in Production/Warehouse.
