We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report directly to the CFO and support the Head of Legal Services. Your responsibilities will include handling legal issues (excluding labor law), such as preparing legal opinions, contracts, and managing legal arguments, with a global scope. Main Activities: Drafting legal opinions to support business units, considering company needs, legal constraints, and processes. Collaborating with external legal providers for specific issues. Evaluating legal risks to inform business decisions. Preparing various contracts (dealership, sponsorship, motorsport, etc.) worldwide. Supporting negotiation processes with suppliers regarding legal aspects. Analyzing and ensuring compliance with automotive regulations worldwide. Managing legal arguments through information gathering and analysis. Assessing legal risks and advising on strategic responses. Providing legal support for brand protection and intellectual property matters. Evaluating legal service providers and monitoring costs. Collaborating with VW legal units and regional legal teams globally. Supporting product liability issues. About you Degree in Law (MBA or LLM is a plus). Over 4 years of experience in international law firms or multinational companies. Bar admission preferred. Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus. Effective communicator, team player, precise, and attentive.
