SAP VIM consultant

Contract : 6 Months (with potential for extension) Start Date : ASAP / Negotiable We are currently seeking an experienced SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) Consultant to join a leading project based in Italy. This role offers a hybrid working model, combining remote delivery with occasional on-site presence. You will play a key role in the implementation and optimisation of SAP VIM processes within an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP VIM solutions (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management). Integrate VIM with SAP MM and FI modules to support invoice automation. Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and deliver efficient technical solutions. Support testing, user training, documentation, and go-live activities. Manage and troubleshoot issues related to invoice workflows, OCR, exception handling, and archiving. Collaborate with both local and international teams to ensure project success. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience with SAP VIM implementations and support. Strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable , Invoice Processing , and SAP FI / MM integration. Experience with OCR , workflows, exception processing, and OpenText components. Ability to work autonomously and liaise with both business and technical stakeholders.
