What you’ll do: Join the Operations Reliability & Security team, contributing to the observability and stability of critical IT services; Support the Incident Management process (24/7 on-call rotation), actively participating in war rooms and root cause analysis; Ensure real-time monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and CheckMK to detect and analyze incidents, anomalies, and performance issues; Identify and implement workarounds to quickly restore service availability in case of critical incidents, minimizing business impact; Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, driving continuous improvements; Perform trend analysis on system and application performance, identifying patterns and proposing proactive measures to optimize reliability; Lead and manage the Problem Management process by tracking follow-ups, prioritizing issues, assigning ownership, and ensuring timely resolution through structured reports; Write detailed incident reports for major incidents, documenting impacts, root causes, resolution actions, and follow-up measures; Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a structured approach to problem resolution and continuous service improvement. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in reliability operations, application monitoring, or IT incident management within a high-availability environment; A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Strong expertise in observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, CheckMK) and log analysis platforms; Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including cloud environments, containerized applications, and networking principles; Ability to analyze performance trends, detect anomalies, and propose actionable solutions; Experience in Incident and Problem Management, with a structured approach to troubleshooting and root cause identification; Strong collaboration and communication skills, ensuring alignment between technical and business teams; A proactive mindset, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence; Fluency in English and Italian is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
