Job Opening: Shift Coordinator at Siziano Depot We are seeking a Shift Coordinator to join our team at the Siziano Depot. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service in the Ho.Re.Ca sector (Hotel-Restaurant-Catering), collaborating with their team. Specific activities include: Providing excellent customer service and supporting the Warehouse Coordinator in depot activities. Contributing to the achievement of economic and managerial objectives through proper management of assigned activities. Collaborating with all depot colleagues to maximize results in an open and inclusive environment. Assisting the Front End team to meet customer needs. Ensuring the implementation of METRO's commercial strategies and their adaptation to the local market. Supporting the Warehouse Coordinator in monitoring provider activities (merchandise handling and transportation). Working with the Warehouse Coordinator to manage returns and complaints, and ensuring proper execution of food service operational processes. What we offer: Integration into a highly qualified team.
