Job Context Member of the local Opple Europe team Direct report to the Country Manager Italy Works closely with the agencies in the region Your profile: Lighting knowledge Technical and commercial skills Well-balanced tactical and operational skills Customer-focused with a passion for excellent customer service Practical, hands-on mentality Clear verbal communication skills, including empathy and conciseness Persuasive sales skills and ability to influence Experience with Salesforce (preferred) Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word Fluent in English and Italian Personal Attributes Result-oriented with a determination to over-achieve Polished, analytical, and engaging with excellent interpersonal skills Hunter mentality Energetic and enthusiastic Determined and a self-starter High energy levels Ability to execute Your responsibilities: Implement the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel Build coverage in the assigned region, supporting and monitoring agencies Create a business case with the Country Manager and Head of Sales for regional expansion Find and develop new customers (installers, contractors, end users) Develop new projects and report in Salesforce Provide training to agencies and customers in Italy Serve as the Italy reference for BLE system and collaborate with agencies and HQ Gather market information and communicate with Opple marketing team Meet targets and budget Manage internal relationships across channels and departments Who are we?
