Join our Defense team supporting our CNIC program in this exciting role based out of Naples, Italy. CNIC Regional Offices enable improving operational performance and cost reductions through business process definition, analysis, and development of technical capabilities that automate processes or improve transparency for analytics and decision-making. This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer your Secret Clearance. In this role you will: Manage and resolve network and/or domain user trouble calls. Perform the activation or reactivation of telecom services. Support the creation, recreation, and/or troubleshooting of user domain accounts, including SIPRNet and NIPRNet accounts, and review/approve related request forms. Support the implementation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of user SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and telephone drops. Support the acquisition, implementation, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of data encryptors. Support the installation, setup, maintenance, and upgrades of Video Teleconferencing (VTC) endpoints and provide VTC support to users, including meeting setup and troubleshooting. Support the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of cable infrastructure such as fiber optic and copper Ethernet cables and pathways. Support the implementation, installation, setup, maintenance, and upgrades of telephones, including Voice over Secure IP (VoSIP). Support the application, acquisition, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of domain-connected user computing platforms. Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of office essential systems like printers, scanners, and fax machines. Assist in the implementation and testing of security policies for user domain computing platforms. Develop and perform site surveys to determine requirements for supporting user domain needs. Develop cost estimates for user requirements and coordinate procurement as needed. Train users on supported systems as required. Get to know your recruiter! To be successful in this role, you will have: An active DoD Secret security clearance. Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant certification. A high school diploma or GED. Minimum 8 years of related technical experience. Working knowledge of or proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
