What You Will Do : Take fierce customer focus to execute sales and help solve some of the world’s most challenging security problems for our enterprise clients. We seek individuals who want to bring their entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and positive energy to sell the best technology! Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals and objectives, with a focus on driving business transaction linearity and pipeline development. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within assigned accounts. Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives by leveraging industry and technical expertise. Build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges, and initiatives to identify solution opportunities. Establish value-added relationships within the domain of the account to become a trusted advisor. Use technology, products, processes, industry expertise, and consultative sales skills to assess and educate customers on the value of solutions. Develop multi-level relationships within accounts using internal and external resources, including channel partners, to maximize revenue and establish Forescout as a strategic, long-term partner. Manage accounts and opportunities effectively, supported by a virtual team including senior executives, sales, product management, engineering, and partners. Align with delivery teams to leverage follow-on business from one project to the next. Participate in major project milestones and executive reviews. What You Bring To Forescout : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with 8 years of selling technology solutions to C-level executives. Fluent in English and Italian. Some experience selling security software solutions like endpoint security, firewalls, SIEM, NAC, etc. A history of success at every level, from competitions to President’s Club. Excellent prospecting and business development skills, with a proven track record of recent sales to enterprise accounts with 5,000 employees. Experience working with Global 2000 companies. Solution selling multi-product software and hardware solutions. Excellent presentation skills. Proven ability to work effectively across all organizational levels within large, complex organizations. Strong negotiation skills to work with customers and partners on terms, conditions, and pricing. A team player who collaborates with internal teams such as sales engineers, marketing, and professional services to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to influence contract terms. Thrives in a high-paced, changing environment. Capable of multitasking while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
