Manage budgets and perform financial reporting to meet financial targets. Manage, motivate, and evaluate the local team’s performance. Increase promotion and sales of the company's products and services locally. Ensure compliance with local legal regulations and company policies. Report regularly to the company's headquarters and provide strategic recommendations. Manage and develop relationships with local business partners and customers. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of financial analysis and budget management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the local market and sectoral experience. Flexibility, adaptability, high motivation, and results-oriented working approach. Fluent in English and Turkish. Experience working with Turalı Group sectors. Over 15 years of industry experience. Earnings and Support This position does NOT include a regular monthly salary. A direct turnover profit of 3-5% will be awarded from all sales made. Upon achieving development and targets, offices, warehouses, and factories will be established, and leadership roles will be assigned.
