You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or screen installation is a plus but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented J-18808-Ljbffr
