In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. Responsibilities: Drive business strategic growth from an HR perspective, including headcount planning, partnering with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategy, and evaluating future organization structures; Support leaders to drive high performance, including managing the performance review cycle; Coach leaders to build an inclusive culture, including analyzing employee engagement survey findings, supporting the delivery of action plans to increase engagement, and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives; Identify and support the development of key talent in the organization to help them reach their potential; Manage the full cycle of the performance review process; Spearhead change initiatives to deliver business growth and progression; Identify opportunities for improvement and organizational acceleration, develop solutions, and lead their implementation to deliver impact. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: HR experience with performance management, employee relations, and data analytics/reporting; Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience building relationships at all organizational levels; Experience, ability, or strong interest in supporting and collaborating with international colleagues across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated project management and change management experience, with the ability to drive programs independently; Analytical and data management skills with experience translating data into actionable plans; Knowledge and experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Organization Development projects within the technology or Internet industry is preferred.
