*Checkpoint Firewall experience required. Key Responsibilities: Participate in maintenance standby duty to cover 24x7 support on a rotational basis as assigned by the team lead. Ensure SLA levels are achieved for every fault case. Escalate issues when faults are beyond L1/L2 knowledge. Attend to daily call assignments during office hours when not on standby. Perform weekend or after-hours duties if required, even if not on standby. Conduct preventive maintenance, including hardware inventory checks. Follow up on cases from opening to closure. Update incident tickets accurately and promptly. Obtain certifications necessary to support key customers. Train L1/L2 team members on relevant competencies, e.g., firewall/legacy products. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Ops manager or TSM.
