Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration Provide technical guidance across control systems, electrical, and instrumentation projects Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and reporting Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets Maintain thorough project documentation including progress reports, specifications, and change orders Experience & Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Instrumentation, or a related field Project Management certification will be advantageous At least 5 years project management experience in control systems, electrical, or instrumentation environments Strong technical knowledge of control systems design, electrical engineering principles, and instrumentation technologies Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements in the mining or industrial sector Familiarity with automation software (PLC, SCADA) Experience working with FIDIC, NEC/ECC, and GCC contracts is highly beneficial
