Job Description

Requirements: (Training will be provided) Gain expert-level knowledge of the software solution. Stay up to date with all new feature rollouts and product developments. Develop an understanding of the rental industry, with a focus on inspection and maintenance aspects. Database Management & Lead Generation Build and manage a high-quality sales database through research and cold outreach. Identify and qualify new business opportunities via outbound campaigns. Screen and capture all incoming leads. Organise and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow. Hand over in-person demo requests to field-based Business Development Managers. Sales Process Execution Conduct online product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting value and ROI. Create tailored proposals based on client needs and close sales to meet or exceed targets. Engage decision-makers and key stakeholders in Property Management companies. Sales Administration & Reporting Accurately record all interactions in the CRM system. Maintain detailed sales reports to track activities and progress. Complete all post-sale admin, including agreements and onboarding handovers. Report regularly on client feedback, market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance (e.g., calls, demos, conversions). This role reports directly to the Head of Sales. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work collaboratively with other sales team members and product teams to share insights and feedback. Participate in training and contribute to refining sales strategies. Actively support improvements to the overall sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications Essential: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, property, or tech sectors. Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset. Proficient in CRM platforms such as Insightly, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Organised with excellent time management skills. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, particularly with Property Management clients. Knowledge of the property rental industry. Passion for technology and strong understanding of SaaS-based products.
