Senior Data Developer, Campinas (Presencial)

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team working for clients in Europe. In this role, you will design, implement, and support data pipelines, collaborating closely with teams in the EU, US, Brazil, and other countries. Advanced or fluent English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with these teams and clients. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV IN ENGLISH. We are seeking candidates who have: Solid experience in designing, building, and testing data pipelines. Proficiency in Python for data gathering, cleaning, transformation, and working with data frames in various formats. Comfort with learning new frameworks. Experience with Cloud services, especially AWS Glue. Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code. Willingness to work with various technologies and learn continuously. Ability to share knowledge with junior team members. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing code for data tools on Cloud (AWS) to perform data aggregation and processing. Supporting, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs in existing data pipelines. Defining, building, and delivering high-quality data pipelines. Participating in data validation processes. Designing and setting up cloud infrastructure. Constructing, testing, and maintaining data management systems. Ensuring systems meet business requirements and industry standards. Integrating new data management and software engineering technologies. Developing processes for data mining, modeling, and production. Recommending improvements to data reliability and quality. Analyzing and organizing raw data. Building data marts for analysis and visualization. Knowledge areas that are a plus, but not mandatory: Understanding of non-functional requirements (performance, security, privacy, GDPR). Knowledge of Cloud Data Platforms like AWS RedShift, AWS EMR, Snowflake. Experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing. Automation scripting with Python or other languages. Experience with various SQL and NoSQL databases.
