Senior/Specialist Product Designer, Brazil

As a Senior Product Designer , you will play a pivotal role in reimagining workflows, developing concepts, and crafting new interactions and components. Your expertise should bring simplicity, transparency, and delight to the complex finance industry. This role demands a hands-on approach and a keen interest in simplifying complex mortgage processes. You will be involved in every step of the product design process—from discovery and interaction design to visual execution. This position involves working very closely with an American client. It is extremely important to be comfortable with the English language, as the entire selection process and day-to-day activities will be conducted in English. Requirements: Strong design experience and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality product design. Experience with Enterprise Systems. Proficiency with Figma , managing design systems, creating well-thought-out interactions, and responsive design. Strong knowledge of design best practices. Ability to craft user experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications. Lead projects and initiatives, defining strategy and user experience vision through cross-functional collaboration. Develop scalable design foundations for diverse customer bases and loan offerings. Inspire and elevate the design team’s craft towards impactful goals. Re-envision internal processes for loan origination and home transactions. Excellent visual skills and attention to interaction details. A systems thinker eager to streamline manual processes into digital experiences. Strong communication and collaboration skills, balancing engineering, customer, and product considerations with user needs. Proactive, resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and makes informed decisions with limited data. Capable researcher with fundamental UX research skills to ensure building the right solutions. Understanding of mortgage terminology and lending principles is a plus.
