Position Summary Respond to activities related to the prevention of work accidents and the physical preservation of employees on company premises, inspecting facilities, safety equipment, working conditions and verifying compliance with safety standards, as well as investigating and analyzing work accidents and recommending prevention measures. Responsibilities Audit, guide and educate employees on aspects of hygiene, accident prevention, firefighting and occupational diseases by complying with the Law, Standards and procedures, aiming to preserve the integrity of employees and company assets; Systematically identify unsafe working conditions, unhealthy conditions and environmental risk conditions in all locations of the factory and company facilities, determining factors and risks of accidents, suggesting control measures and solutions; Check the conditions and need for purchases of safety materials, firefighting materials and PPE and collective equipment; Monitor and deliver and execute reports on PPE; Request the purchase of PPE, EPC and ergonomic materials; Issue invoices for purchases of services for your area; Follow up on the expertise of the Ministry of Labor, verifying working conditions; Prepare PPP (professional social security profile) based on interviews about aspects related to tasks performed and environmental conditions and protective equipment, supporting future decisions; Monitor the preparation and control of risk maps for the entire factory; Investigate and analyze work accidents, monitoring their indicators and recommending preventive measures Monitor programs aimed at occupational health and safety: PPRA, PCA, PPR. Issue the CAT and ATR documents (authorization of risky work); Identify risks for each activity, analyzing which PPE is appropriate for each function and preventive and corrective actions, proposing control measures; Integrate new employees and outsourced workers; Conduct occupational safety rounds; Organize the CIPAA and SIPATMA-Q; Provide training related to occupational safety; Act as the company's representative of the SESMT; Guide the PL and JR Security Technicians; Participate in meetings with the SHEA corporate team; Feed the SHEA corporate Dashboards. What we are looking for Complete Technical Level in Occupational Safety . 2 years of experience in safety management in a manufacturing environment. Ability to communicate in spoken and written English . Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. Experience in conducting safety training and presentations. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Proactive attitude towards identifying and solving safety issues. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
